Site work for shops, farm buildings, additions and small commercial lots. Pads, parking areas, utility trench and stormwater grading built to plan.

Building pads and parking areas, utility trenching, and stormwater and finish grading, run with our own excavators, dozers and trucks. If the job needs old structures taken down, land cleared or stone hauled in, that is done in-house too.

Good to know.

Builders and contractors: A lot of our work is sub-grade for general contractors and custom home builders across Western PA. For new builds we work with your builder so the schedule lines up. If you do regular work, call the office and we will set up an account.
Permits: For most excavation work that touches the right-of-way, we pull the permits and coordinate them with the township and the county.
A written, fixed price: You get a single-page written quote with the scope, the schedule and a fixed price, good for 30 days. No vague hourly rates that creep at the end.
Licensed, insured and bonded: We carry general liability and workers comp, are PA contractor registered, and are bonded for the scope of work we sign. We are happy to send certificates before the job.
Payment: Check, ACH or cash. A small deposit holds the schedule on bigger jobs, and the final balance is due at completion, not before.
